Returns

If you’ve changed your mind about something you’ve ordered please email us and we’ll help you with returning the product. We do not offer refunds, and some styles do sell out so please choose carefully as we may run out of a particular size or style.

We do offer store credits which can be used instore.

All returns must be done within 14 days of purchase and have the original tags and proof of purchase. All product must be unworn and unused.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any undergarments, cosmetics or sale/discounted products so please choose carefully.

If the product you ordered are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to find a remedy.

Instore payments with credit or debit card and cash.
